Each about 35 minutes of leg protecting exercises at home, on the carpet. Pushups, crunches, weird leg lifts, throw in a little hula. But definitely vigorous. Shows that you can get a good workout anywhere - although I am eager to get back out on the road.
Does stand up paddling count?
Also, very curious if anyone knows any good exercises to do at home, for those who can barely walk.
