Totaly Body Melt/Core Melt is the name of the game. (about 1 hour workout) This is a great workout for those who get bored doing the same thing (like me). Mix it up & burn, sweat, tighten and melt your body, this combines calorie-burning cardio drills with muscle-leaning sculpting exercises into one intense workout. This followed by and intense core workout definitely hits the spot.
Oh and walked/ran for 25 minutes first for warm up for workout #2 today.
