day two

"Marblehead run"
jogged to Marblehead (just north of Lost) ran up grueling hill then proceeded to jog then run/sprint all the way to Hermosa bridge and back! Jogged to coastal trail, ran to Dije stairs, stretched than jogged to bridge (Mariposa) walked up incline portion and back down doing twisties, jogged back to Dije stairs with a sprint to the finsh line, did incline pushups and dips on Dije grave stone thing at bottom of stairs, then ran up stairs (every step both feet fast, then walk b/w steps sections)
