fun run down at trails, trail 5 to trail 6, then picked up on a 'real trail' and took it back..guessing 1.5m!? Finished off with 3 yoga poses & 10 hard sprints with rest long enough to turn around and sprint again! Surfed, back up hill.

took 4 1/2 year old ob the tag a long bike! Wow good exercise, to park! Did a bunch of 'pull my self up the poles with my hands/arms only, then slowly letting myself back down! good test/work out!
