A) Must Blog in Every Day until Summer Surf Off Starts on June 22, 2009
B) Must Blog in Three Things Every Day:
1) Blog in Points per day (one point = 30 minutes of VIGOROUS exercise) and total points since January 12th, 2009. example 1/35 meaning 1 point today, 35 running total
2) Must Describe how one earned their points (i.e. creative ways of exercising - that perhaps others can try to)
3) Write in % of weight lost whenever you weigh in. Example, if you started at 100 lbs and weigh in at 90 lbs (you lost 10% of your weight)
** Other Rules
-Surfing does not count - it is a gift, it is meditation
-For purists, going to the gym doesn't count either
