Point 15 Injury Alert

Went for an evening run, felt a funny feeling in my calf...stretched it out. Kept going. Bad idea. Heard a loud pop, and seriously pulled a calf muscle. I was only 15 minutes in. So, I came home, and iced up. 

Also did 15 minutes of floor exercises to get my point. In between icing and stretching of course. 

I am not sure what is next. I think I can bike ride tomorrow.

Yuck
