Bought a light for my bike on the way home from work, but decided to do a little stairs work.
Ran up and down the stairs (at home) 5x, then did 15 pushups at the top, and then ran up and down 5x, and then did 50 crunches at the bottom. Did this for 35 minutes. Brutal.
Point - 1, Total - 4
Everyone watch out for Swani ok, she might be dangerous competition. Oh, and Shant is truly earning her nickname (Super Human Ant).
Lost .013 % of my starting body weight as of this morning. Melting Away.
Soccer sounds good, and yes - the council has determined that 1 point is acceptable for 45 minutes of hard play.
