So I have some catching up to do.. Tricks is kickin my butt. I need to start two-a-days again.

AM Cycle this mornin followed by 30 min core workout for one more point.

Think I will put a hold on the trail run (too muddy) and will run the Back Bay in Newport with a friend if anyone wants to join!! I think about 8 miles.
