30 and 31

30 - Tuesday - Ran stairs at t-street for 40 minutes. To be honest, I walked a little too.

31 - Wednesday - Ran home stairs x 10, pushups x 20, leg lifts x 80, Stairs x 10, dumbells x 50, Stairs x 10, crunches x 100 and repeat all x 5

So, have been doing this a month - lost over 10 lbs - going to destroy the summer surf off 2009. Special thanks to Swani and Champ for keeping me motivated...Sometimes it feels like "why the hell am I blogging this" but, then again - it's farking working.
