2 points: day 2

Ran to Pines park from my house (I never run normally), did 40 situps and 20 pushups really fast on the grass, then ran down to the gazebo on the hill where I did an interesting stair climbing thing for 40 reps> Proceeded to run down the hill to the beach where I did 40 more sit-ups and 40 leg lifts.  Then I ran up the capo hill, and afterwards jogged/fast walked all the way back to home.  Every muscle feels it. I actually skipped surfing to do this, so I am serious!
