Alright, couldn't blog in for a while, cause I am in Maui. However, I have done the following:
Monday. Point 1, total 8 - Flew in, decided not to drink - so I could run hills for 40 minutes at 10PM (12PST).
Have to be honest, did not get a point on Tuesday. It would have been a stretch, long day, work, meetings, and then a walk - but nothing vigorous.
Wednesday, Point 1, Total. Paddled non-stop for 1 hour 20 minutes. This counts.
