Days 5, 6: 6 pts.

Friday, hard bike ride to capo n back, did crunches at Capo on the sand, biked up the dmv hill again, much easier this time! The heart muscle is becoming stronger. I also surfed OM's in the AM, though it doesn't count, just had to mention it.

Saturday, mixed up bunch of stuff, jogging, walking up hills/trail, situps, stair climbing, pushups...plenty for the point, I am worked. I also paddled non-stop for my 45 minute surf session at trails this afternoon.
