Two surf sessions today, (I know they don't count) - but included two long walks up hill and about 2 hours of paddling.
But, the real point came with Shanty tonight - ran to the park, did 20 steps on the bench - each leg, followed by 20 pushups, and 50 crunches, then more running, and repeat, repeat. Made it down to the capo beach and back.
What a beautiful day, life is good.
