Point 11 - just after work today, due to the rain - trapped inside. Cycle as follows for 35 minutes: Ran steps (x7) 15 pushups, Steps again, then 50 situps and 25 jumping jacks. Repeated this somewhere around 13 times.
Lost five pounds since this started, but it is pretty easy because I am kind of a fat ass...
