Wow, 60 days of non-stop exercise.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Stairs 30 minutes 530AM 3 Points

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Surfed every night. Tuesday and Wednesday with Pony were exceptionally good, evening glassy, sunset, wave pools, nights...O Points

Lost 30 pounds since December, and ~15 since this started. I can't believe how much weight I still feel like I need to lose. However, surfing is getting a whole F of a lot easier. That is for sure.
