Fri to Tue

Friday: paddled for 30 mins solid then surfed (I was worked)
Sat: long surf sesh (2 hr's) then did hardcore run & pull up station after surfing
Sun: SUP'ed (even my fingers were sore afterward
Mon: Wii fit (running,boxing, shoulders & abs)
Tue: I've been wanting to do this for ever, finally did today do to jumpers knee...I swam laps @ the Ola Hanson Swimming pool (81 degrees) I suck @ swimming so I need to do this more often, they even had goggles I could borrow!
